Customer Success Intern

As a Customer Success Intern(Unpaid), you will help ensure that SuppliFlex users successfully adopt and benefit from the platform. You will support onboarding, gather customer feedback, and help improve the overall user experience. This role is ideal for someone interested in client success, product adoption, and building strong relationships with customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and product adoption processes
- Assist users in understanding and using SuppliFlex features
- Collect and document customer feedback and product insights
- Help create onboarding guides and support documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction and usage signals
- Identify potential customer issues and help resolve them
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve the user experience
- Support communication with early users and pilot customers
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
- Highly organized with good follow-up discipline
- Interest in startups, SaaS products, and customer experience
- Ability to work 25h/week
Nice to have
- Experience in customer support, client relations, or account management
- Familiarity with CRM or customer success tools
- Experience writing user guides or documentation
- Interest in B2B technology products
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and usage data
- Previous experience in startup or tech environments
