Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern (Unpaid), you will help SuppliFlex identify and engage potential customers. You will support outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early sales conversations with companies that could benefit from the SuppliFlex platform. This role is ideal for someone interested in startup sales, B2B SaaS, and building pipeline from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers and target companies
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales/founding team
- Maintain and update prospect information in CRM tools
- Support the development of sales messaging and outreach campaigns
- Track outreach performance and optimize prospecting strategies
- Collaborate with growth and GTM teams on pipeline generation
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and initiating conversations
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Interest in sales, startups, and B2B SaaS
- Ability to work 25h/week
Nice to have
- Experience with sales, outreach, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience using LinkedIn for professional outreach
- Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes
- Interest in technology products and startups
- Previous experience with lead generation or prospect research
