Product Management Intern

As a Product Management Intern (Unpaid), you will work closely with the founding team to help shape the SuppliFlex product. You’ll contribute to product research, feature planning, and user experience improvements while helping translate customer needs into product features. This role is ideal for someone interested in building and managing SaaS products in an early-stage startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Support product discovery and user research to understand customer needs
- Assist in defining product features and writing product requirement documents (PRDs)
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product specifications
- Help prioritize features and manage the product roadmap
- Analyze product feedback and usage insights
- Support product testing and iteration before feature releases
- Document product decisions and workflows
Must Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in product management and SaaS products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize information and structure ideas clearly
- Ability to work 25h/week
- Curiosity about startups and technology products
Nice to have
- Previous experience with product management or product strategy projects
- Familiarity with product management tools (Notion, Jira, Linear, etc.)
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Experience conducting user research or surveys
- Interest in supply chain, operations, or SaaS platforms
- Experience working on startup or tech projects
